Processing Time
All Queen City Wax products are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently ship within the United States. Rates are calculated based on your order total and delivery zone.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, please allow the following estimated transit times:
- Domestic: 3–5 business days
- South Zone: 4–7 business days
- West Zone: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
A Note on Handmade Products
Because every Queen City Wax product is handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and part of what makes each item unique. These variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
